Sonic Cleaning System
It is a low frequency high-energy on-line acoustic cleaning device driven by compressed air or other gases or steam. The compressed air activates the titanium diaphragm, which is the only moving part in the horn, causes the vibration and produces the high intensity and low frequency sound. Dust particles clinging to the surface are dislodged by sound wave's vibrational energy. The wave pressure fluidizes particles by breaking their bond with each other particles and the surface to which it clings. Once fluidized, particles will fall from the surface by gravity or will sweep along with the gas flow. The fluidizing effect is compounded in an enclosed space where large, solid surfaces reflect sound waves, creating a homogeneous vibrational energy field.

Application

• Bag House - This saves power on the fan. It also reduces mechanical cleaning of the filter bags to extend bag life and provide more efficient cleaning.



• ESP - This develops the precipitator effectiveness and saves time required for cleaning. It also reduces opacity. This system increases the emitting and collecting lifespan of electrodes by replacing the existing rapping mechanism with sonic cleaning system.



• Boiler- Boiler enhances the efficiency of pre heater, evaporator and economizer with improved cleaning of tubes



• ID fan - This removes accumulation and fouling of turning vanes.



• Hopper - Hopper removes plugging of hoppers and ducts.

APS Atomizing Nozzles
The system is designed and manufactured to control virtually all types of breathable and fugitive dust ranging from 0.1 to 800 microns. The system utilizes dual water/air high pressure Atomizing Nozzles to produce ultra fine droplet fog. The fog achieves dust suppression by impacting and agglomerating with dust particles. The water consumption is as low as 0.1 %, thus eliminating water source and disposal problems.

Used for screening, mixing, crushing, conveying, dumping, loading, packing in the processing of metal ores, chemicals, coal, quarry rock, dry food processing products, sand and drift sifting.

APS dry fog nozzles are applicable for humidification, evaporative gas cooling, cooling tower, wet scrubber, man cooling and any application to produce liquid spray of 1 micron.
