Probiotic Products
Probiotic products basically improve the competency of microorganisms. These are applicable for the reduction of BOD, COD, sludge, suspended solids, colour and odour in the wastewater treatment plants. Biooxidator is a bacteria stimulant. Nutracomplex is a complex mixture of micro and macronutrient. Detox will detoxify the effluent against any toxicity due to oil, disinfectant, heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbons etc.

Flyma-Jet Aerator
Flyma - jet aerator is fixed on the top surface of the aeration tank. When the motor drives the diffuser assembly below the water, air is aspirated through the top opening on the outer hallow shaft. Simultaneously water is sucked in from the opening at the bottom, which is below water. Both air and water comes through the tip of the nozzle trajectory is towards the bottom of the tank.

Flymarator
Flymarator is a submersible radial jet aerator, where the whole motor and jet assembly is totally submersed and placed at the bottom of the tank.

The oxygen transfer efficiency is tank specific and related to the characteristics of the effluent. However, it can vary from 1.5 to 2.5 kgs oxygen/hr/HP. The model ranges from 1 HP to 50 HP for 2.5 meters to 6.5 meters in depth.

Inclined Plate Clarifier
The inclined plate clarifier (IPC) is designed for efficient removal of settled suspended solids from water. The IPC design and the performance are superior to other plate and tubular type clarifiers. It is compact and occupies only quarter of the floor space of conventional clarifiers.

The material of construction of the tank can be concrete, carbon steel of FRP to suit the effluent conditions. It has a standard modular design ranging from 55sq. ft to 2200 sq ft. to suit the flow rate from 1 m3/hr to 200 m3/hr.

Gramicid
Gramicid has a rapid germ killing effect from low to high temperatures. It generates neither smell nor taste and has no toxic effect. This can be used in controlling the mold and fungus etc.

Gramicid is a multi-component complex formulation of high concentration (48%) Hydrogen peroxide and silver in cationic form. Gramicid effectively and completely destroys all microorganisms including viruses, spores, gram positive & gram negative bacteria, E-Coli, bacteria phages, legionella, salmonella, fungi, protozoa, algae and bio films. It does not develop and resistance. It can replace halogens, aldehydes, phenols, quats etc., more safely and economically without comprising 100% hygiene condition.
